We traveled to Phoenix for the VisitMesa.com Basketball Challenge with high expectations due to the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the event committee on the front end. Our expectation was clearly exceeded once we arrived. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was certainly the best we have experienced in our nearly 20 years of attending similar events all over the country. Our parents, alumni, players and coaches were all impressed by the first-class nature of this event. Credit Marc Beasley and Steve Hogen for making this one of the best high school events in the country. If given the opportunity, we will certainly return to Mesa!

The VisitMesa.com Basketball Challenge was very good for our program. We played great competition, the games were well-officiated, and the tournament was run great. The tournament committee also made sure we had everything we needed from shoot-arounds to the service project our kids did. Our players really liked the syle of play and the Mesa-area as a whole. We look forward to returning to the tournament in the future.

"Our basketball program has played in events all over the country and I can assure you that the VisitMesa.com Basketball Challenge is second to none. Our players thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the competition was outstanding. The tournament was well organized, the officiating was top notch, and the commitment and professional attitude of all of the Tournament Officials was quite evident. All of these factors contribute to make this one of the premier events in the country. A first class experience provided by top rate basketball people."

"Our team has played in the Arizona Basketball Challenge for the past two years. All of our experiences in the tournament have been positive and good for
the team. That doesn't mean that we have won every game. Quite the
contrary, we have taken a few losses, but they have been to very good
teams that forced us to improve, even in defeat.
The tournament is very well-run. It attracts high quality teams who
play a variety of styles of basketball, the crowds are good, and the
hospitality is pleasant. Simply put, it is a great tournament, very well run and a terrific
experience for our team.”

We, at Cleveland Heights, played in the first Arizona Basketball Challenge (2007) and were very impressed, not just with the tournament field, but the structure of the tournament and the quality of people that made things run smoothly . We were treated first class by Steve and Marc and could not ask anything more of the host tournament committee. My family was able to attend every game and now the Mesa area has become one of my family’s favorite vacation spots.
